Eddy Workbench ranks every tube by true risk, depth and size together. It checks that every retest is done, then prints client-ready maps and damage reports, straight from your CoreStar data.
Sort a plug list by percent through wall and a tiny pinhole jumps the queue, while a wide flaw that has taken far more metal waits. When the plugging margin is tight, that order decides which tubes fail next. Eddy Workbench scores every flaw by its depth and its size, and every tube by all of its flaws.
plug picks change when the list is ranked by true risk instead of depth, on real inspection data from one condenser.
Most tools sort by one number. TrueRisk weighs how deep each flaw goes, how much metal it has taken, and everything else in the same tube, then puts every tube in plugging order, with its working shown.
Depth is cubed, so each step toward through-wall matters more than the last. An 80% flaw carries far more weight than a 60% one.
Signal size scales the score, so a wide gouge outranks a pinhole of the same depth, and a tiny deep call no longer jumps the queue.
The worst flaw counts in full and each next one adds a falling share, so a tube with several real flaws rises above a tube with one.
The same indication called on two channels, or by two analysts, at the same spot is merged into one. Dents and plugged tubes stay out of the ranking.
The whole bundle coloured from mildest to worst. No queries to write, no thresholds to guess.
The worst tubes light up, the rest fade back, and the list saves as a plan CoreStar opens.

Each tube is checked against the test plan and its required extent. The retest plans are written for you before the crew leaves.
